Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms apply to orders placed with Hybrid Workshop UK Ltd, company number 16571294, whose registered office is 23 Holme Crescent, North Shields, NE29 7FS, United Kingdom. Contact us at hybridworkshopuk@gmail.com.
Customer and order type
Orders through the public webshop are treated as retail consumer (B2C) purchases unless an approved trade account (B2B) and a written trade quotation or order confirmation apply before purchase. These descriptions do not override a customer's legal status or any right that cannot legally be excluded.
Prices and payment
Public website prices include UK VAT and UK delivery. Approved trade pricing is quoted separately, and each trade quotation states whether VAT is included or added. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise expressly accept it. We may contact you before acceptance to confirm availability, compatibility, delivery details or payment.
Product availability and delivery
The 28-string battery is held in UK stock and is normally dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. The 20-, 30-, 32-, 34-, 38- and 40-string batteries are pre-order products with an estimated lead time of up to 60 calendar days from payment confirmation. We will notify the customer about material delays. Further details are in our Shipping Policy.
Vehicle compatibility
Our compatibility information is a selection guide and is not a fitment guarantee. Before ordering, send us the vehicle registration or VIN, model and year so that we can confirm the appropriate product. A wrong-model consumer order remains subject to applicable cancellation rights; approved trade requests follow the published trade return terms.
Cancellation, returns and warranty
Cancellation, returns, faulty-goods remedies and warranty administration are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy. Our voluntary battery warranty lasts for 2 years or 60,000 miles from the applicable commencement point, whichever limit is reached first. The voluntary warranty is additional to and does not affect a retail consumer's statutory rights.
Website information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices, compatibility information and availability current. If we identify a material error before accepting or dispatching an order, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a retail consumer may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where the consumer lives. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
