1. Order Nature & Shipping Lead Time

All Toyota & Lexus hybrid lithium battery modules are pre-order cross-border goods.
The standard total lead time from full payment confirmation to UK delivery is 60 calendar days.
After full payment, we require 7–10 working days to arrange production and vessel loading.
Minor delays caused by UK customs inspection, port congestion, international logistics emergencies or carrier schedule changes are uncontrollable factors and not considered seller breach of contract.

2. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Stage 1: Within 7–10 working days after payment (before cargo loading)
Order cancellation is acceptable. A £100 administrative handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Stage 2: After cargo loaded onto vessel up to 30 days after customer receives goods
If cancellation is requested during this period, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded. All shipping, customs and export costs incurred are non-refundable.Stage 3: Over 30 days after customer receives goods
No order cancellation or partial refund will be approved.

3. Vehicle Compatibility Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for confirming the correct vehicle model, year and battery specification before ordering.
We offer free compatibility checking support, but we take no responsibility for wrong model selection made by the buyer. Returns due to incorrect part selection will not be accepted.

4. 30-Day Post-Delivery Return Conditions

Unused, undamaged, unmodified battery packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping, customs and related transport charges. Any physical scratches, dents, disassembly or cell damage void all return eligibility.

5. 2-Year / 100,000km Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage lasts for 2 years or 100,000 vehicle kilometres, whichever comes first.
Warranty is only valid after customers submit a complete cell voltage test record upon receipt of goods.
We provide free replacement for verified factory cell defects. Damage from improper installation, over-discharge, physical impact or customer modification is not covered under warranty.
