A：Our lithium hybrid battery modules cover most mainstream Toyota and Lexus hybrid vehicles launched after 2010, including Prius, CT200h, NX300h, Auris Hybrid and more. Q：Are these batteries plug-and-play? Do I need to modify car wiring?
A：All our battery packs are direct OEM replacement. No cutting, rewiring or extra modification to your vehicle’s original wiring harness is required. Professional garage technicians can finish installation smoothly.
Q：How long is the full shipping lead time to the UK?
A：The total lead time from full payment confirmation to delivery in the UK is 60 calendar days. We need 7–10 working days to arrange production and vessel loading after payment. Minor delays caused by customs inspection, port congestion or shipping schedule changes are out of our control.
Q：Does the listed price include shipping cost and import duty?
A：All displayed prices exclude UK VAT. International shipping and standard import duty are included with every order, no extra hidden delivery fees for UK garag
Q：What warranty do the battery modules come with?
A：Every unit carries a 2-year / 100,000km manufacturer warranty, whichever limit comes first.
Q：What do I need to do to activate the full warranty?
A：You must record complete single-cell voltage data using balancing equipment or a multimeter immediately after receiving the battery, then submit the test record to our team. Warranty coverage will not take effect without valid test data submission.
Q：What situations are not covered by warranty?
A：Damage caused by improper installation, over-discharging, physical impact, self-disassembly or unapproved modification will void all warranty support. We only provide free replacement for confirmed factory cell balance defects.
Q：Can I cancel my order after full payment?
A：Cancellation rules are divided into 3 stages:
- Within 7–10 working days after payment (before cargo loading): We accept cancellation, deduct a £100 administrative handling fee from your refund.
- After the goods are loaded onto the vessel, up to 30 days after you receive the battery: Only 50% of your payment can be refunded; all shipping and export customs costs are non-refundable.
- More than 30 days after delivery: No cancellation or partial refund requests will be approved.
Q：Can I return the battery if I order the wrong model?
A：We offer free pre-order compatibility checking to avoid wrong part selection. Returns caused by customer’s incorrect model choice are not accepted. Only unused, undamaged, unmodified packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and the buyer covers all return shipping and customs costs.
Q：Do the batteries pass official safety tests for UK import?
A：All modules hold complete UKCA, CE, RoHS, UN38.3 transport safety certification and MSDS documents. Every battery undergoes strict cell balancing lab testing before export, with ultra-low voltage difference between cells for long service life.
Q：Where are the battery packs manufactured?
A：Our battery stock is sourced from fully certified manufacturing facilities in Mainland China, with multi-stage laboratory testing for each finished unit before shipment.
Q：Do you offer discounted prices for bulk garage orders?
