To activate the full manufacturer warranty, customers must complete a full single-cell voltage test immediately after receiving the battery pack.

1. Test every cell voltage using standard multimeter or professional cell balancing equipment
2. Record all voltage readings on our official test record form
3. Submit the completed test sheet back to our team to validate your warranty coverage

Our intelligent lithium balancing equipment ensures all cells are closely matched before dispatch. As shown in our test data, finished battery packs maintain ultra-low voltage deviation between individual cells, avoiding early degradation and hybrid fault warning lights.Without a submitted valid voltage test record, extended warranty coverage will not apply. All return and replacement claims require matching test data to confirm factory defects.
