Shipping and delivery

Public website prices include UK VAT and UK delivery. Each approved trade quotation states whether VAT is included or added and confirms any delivery terms that differ from this policy.

UK-stock product

The 28-string battery is held in UK stock and is normally dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Dispatch means that the order has been handed to the appropriate carrier; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Pre-order products

The 20-, 30-, 32-, 34-, 38- and 40-string batteries are pre-order products with an estimated lead time of up to 60 calendar days from payment confirmation. For these products, production and vessel loading are normally arranged within 7–10 working days.

Delays and delivery details

We will notify you about a material delay and, where stock is unavailable, provide an updated estimated dispatch or delivery date. Delivery estimates can be affected by stock availability, dangerous-goods transport restrictions, customs processing, carrier disruption and circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Please provide a complete delivery address, a working telephone number and safe access for a battery shipment. Inspect the outer packaging on arrival and tell us promptly about visible transit damage.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits a retail consumer's statutory rights, including rights relating to delivery within an agreed or reasonable time. Our detailed cancellation, return and faulty-goods terms are available in the Returns & Warranty Policy.
